By signing up for text message reminders, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.

  1. You are responsible for dosing your pet—text messages should not be relied upon as the sole reminder.
  2. If you need to change your text message reminders, a password will be required.
  3. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. To stop a service at any time, reply STOP to 34250. Text HELP to 34250 to receive help information, or reply HELP to any reminder message.
  5. You will receive monthly reminder messages until you text STOP to 34250, or reply STOP to any reminder message.
  6. We are not responsible if you do not receive text messages due to any technical or server difficulties, phone carrier outages, or discontinued service.
  7. Please be advised that anyone who has access to your phone will be able to see your reminder message.
  8. The mobile operators participating in this campaign are AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Boost, Dobson, and Alltell. If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive text messages.
  9. Text messages are being sent by Elanco.
